I don't know if this is true, but I agree with previous posters that a consensual relationship with a man of age would be a massive step up for Gaetz. Why spend so much time talking about how the woman who started the rumor is a nutjob? She may have done some good things and some questionable things BUT HER JUDGMENT IS NOWHERE NEAR AS BAD AS GAETZ'S. The "son", the underage prostitutes, the begging for a preemptive pardon. I don't agree with her methods, and question her conclusions, but they way that DeSantis went after her, basically sending a SWAT team to drag her from her home in her pajamas at gunpoint like as if she were a violent criminal, and ransack her home, confiscating computers and electronic devices from her home, all of this in front of her small children, was completely over the top and still makes me wonder if DeSantis was in fact trying to hide something or send a vicious, fascist, authoritarian message that he is never to be challenged or questioned.
