My sister is annoying. Can anything be done?

Actually aging makes you cold too. She may just be getting naturally colder as she gets older. It will happen to all of us at some point.

I'm always cold. My sister's always cold. My mom's always cold. We try not to whine about it, but there it is.

Get her a heated vest and some wool slippers.
