That is a random general observation from a retired agent. I read an article yesterday where the Mayor said the police department is making good progress on the investigation.

Why do they need progress? Everyone there was recording the confrontation on their phone or had eyes. Just no one willing to speak up. Just like the time Megan the Stallion was shot in the foot. But this time the celebrity died.
