That looks like a menu that is trying to impress people. You don't need to do that.

Wha??? This doesn’t even make sense re: money or catering? Who cares if OP wants to cook all this for his or her guests. OP is trying to offer a variety of foods and be considerate of a food allergy. I think it’s thoughtful and I hope OP comes back to share the final menu!
