I really like Camilla

She is fine. And she doesn't care a thing about what anyone thinks. She is there to do her job and she does it well.

I like her, but I am aware of how much tabloids and media have subtly influenced how I think about all members of the BRF (inasmuch as I do think about them.) As I have aged. ( was 37 when Diana died) I find my sympathies shift and I find her no nonsense, sturdy walking shoes sort more appealing. I think that is natural.

I think Camilla married someone she was quite fond of, and I don't think she was unhappy. She divorced her husband when the affair with Charles became common knowledge. Otherwise I think they were and remained quite fond of each other. That marriage was not based on fidelity.

I hate her. But I’m Harry’s age, lost my mother suddenly about the same time, and also had my dad immediately get together with his Camilla type, so I fully admit I am as damaged and angry as Harry clearly is. The whole drama with Harry’s attitude toward Camilla really showed me, as I read peoples comments and saw how people in real life feel about him, just how damaged I must be because I…understand and agree with him. So now I just never talk about my feelings about my dad and his wife in real life.

You should get actual therapy. You’re a young person wallowing in something that can’t be changed, while your father and his wife - who did nothing wrong - are thriving. That’s sad.

Camilla’s endured a lot, and if she made that joke? NBD. Let people twist it and get all hot and bothered! The first in what probably will be a series of books illustrating who Harry and Meghan really are will sell all the more, which can’t be what they want, but so little of what they do makes rational sense.

Camilla deserved to endure a lot for her part in ruining a marriage. I can only think people who defend and romanticize her and Charles’ behavior, while hating Harry and Meghan for being honest (and profiting from it), are out of touch, racist, old, or a combination of the above.
