People don't quit their job they quit their manager

So this. Businesses school do not spend enough time on this phenomenon, probably because this is considered a "soft" area of research.

Too many folks chafe under the yoke of a bad boss, yet repeat many of the same traits once they move into the seat.

I could go on and on here.
