Why does MOCO tolerate Elrich

Recently left MoCo.

And it was the realization that MoCo doesn't TOLERATE Elrich. They celebrate him. The dude is probably going to win in a landslide.

I saw the county's reaction to Covid, and thought it was a disaster, especially MCPS.

But then I realized I was 100% in the minority. Most of the county wanted things like, requiring masks at outdoor camps, or virtual school.

That's what the people want in MoCo. Even though I saw a grumpy old man who was more interested in opening beer gardens than schools, the rest of the county disagreed with me.

Assuming OP is a MoCo resident, I would highly recommend taking a look at FredCo or HoCo or Carroll. Life is way better out of MoCo
