2 baby bell cheeses with 2 pickle spears and a handful of cherry tomatoes. i eat this every night before i start cooking dinner to take the egde off!

Sounds like someone hasn't had carbs or more than 1200 calories in a day in at least 10 years!

OP, two mini bags of chips is better than a whole big bag of chips (although maybe skip the pre-dinner hot dog next time). Almost any salty snack is better than a big bag of potato chips - you probably don't need to subject yourself to sprinkling salt on cucumbers unless you are being very restrictive with calories.

Carrot chips (or slice cucumbers into circles/chips) with a light sprinkle of salt. Less ripe mango slices with a bit of salt work, too! Crunchy + salty!!
