What is quick, salty, and healthy? My cravings are killing me!

I assure you when I am craving bread I want bread! Not kale. As a matter of fact, kale is disgusting, and ain't nobody buying into the massage your kale myth! My body knows that kale is poison and I will not eat bitter, gross poison!

Right?

My favorite part is that if you think you want tea, you probably want salt. But if you think you want salt you really want celery? Nope, I have never wanted celery in my life.

Then, half the things are signs that you want nuts. But if you're craving fat? Oh, you must want mustard greens!

OMG! I hate celery too! Who craves celery? I have craved tomatoes and cheese, and even green beans, and pork, and pork skin, and ribs, and steak, I mean people are just such suckers and will pay for all kinds of nonsense!
OP should take a piece of bread, spread lard of butter on it, and I am pretty sure that will be enough to stop her from eating two bags of potatoes chips, or at least it might lessen her impulse to have a hot dog asap and wait till she makes dinner.

Since some quack realized they can make money off of desperate people.

There are times when I legitimately crave vegetables. Maybe those are the times I should be eating brownies?

You are funny! I just chuckled at your post, if I was craving fat and eating mustard greens, no doubt I would've choked on the danged things reading it!

sunflower seeds
popcorn
a turkey sandwich with Trader Joe’s sauerkaut (from refrigerated section)
anything with furikake seasoning (from Trader Joe’s) with or without soy/terriyaki sauce (for a quick, light meal, I’ll microwave a large bowl of stir-fry vegetables and a few dumplings/gyoza and top with Kikkoman’s terriyaki sauce and tge furikake seasoning).

This is too funny.

I also crave salty and usually do popcorn (one of the bags of lite popcorn 25 calories per serving. Olives are also satisfying. I know people often recommend nuts but those are so calorie dense and the quantity I need to satisfy the salty craving hurts my stomach. Salting slice tomatoes also is another go to option.

Brilliant! If my budget allowed, I’d do this.

I like everything bagel seasoning sprinkled on cucumber slices. It’s surprisingly good!

Homemade pickes are great for this.

The spicy nuts (like Trader Joe’s Buffalo almonds) are pretty good—since they are spicy you can eat them slowly!

Thank you! Trader Joes has good prices, and a slice of the salmon w/ a bit of crushed avocado spread on top is good. I know avocado is caloric, but it is “good fat” and will make the smoked salmon go further.
