s/o - Is TJ verifying FARMS status for kids in the class of 2025?

They probably just trust everything. Not only TJ Admission, but also a lot of things in this country, people choose to trust. However, if it turned out to be cheating, there should be severe consequence. I hope the students/parents, who cheated in the application, could be penalized. Otherwise it’s unfair to the honest families.

They won’t be. FCPS only punishes Special Education families.

Maybe checking of the boxes was the reason for some unexpected offers (a lot has been discussed on the surprises in selection). Additional 90 point boost without being a FARM. Those seats should be given back to the deserving kids.
