4-5
salmon, cod, tilapia, tinned sardines on toast for breakfast, smoked salmon for breakfast, sometimes canned tuna for lunch |
| Once a week for a family dinner and once more for me as lunch. |
| Daily, often twice a day. I live on the coast and have access to fresh seafood straight off the boat every day. My family are cattle farmers so I grew up on a beef heavy diet, but fresh fish is easy to get and costs far less than beef. |
| Never. We don’t eat things with faces. |

One dinner a week is usually baked salmon. One lunch a week is tuna salad. Those are our only regular fish meals.
We eat lox on bagels once or twice a month. Also, imitation crab once or twice a month, either in a salad or plain. I am the biggest fish lover in the family. I love herring, any smoked fish, any fried fish, sardines, and caviar, but I don't get a chance to enjoy them as often as I'd like. |
| Salmon, cod, trout and tuna are consumed weekly. |
| 1-2x a week. Definitely on Fridays (DH is Catholic) and sometimes one more day of the week, if I'm in the mood. I usually do baked salmon or cod. |
Yawn. |
| About once a week. |
