| My kids went to Latin when it was on 16th and the kids played ina similar space. Not perfect but it was fine and always filled with teachers milling around with the kids. It was a warm happy environment even on tarmac. |

+1. Also had kids there when they had a little concrete courtyard adjacent to an alley. It was a happy place. |

I wouldn't be put off by the current facility (which is very temporary). When my DD was entering school, I was one of those annoying parents who said that commute and green space were a priority. Well, she ended up at a (supposed) HRCS that we walked to and had plenty of green space and a new, beautiful building. Guess what? By 3rd grade the teaching and school leadership had deteriorated to the point where we had to get out. DD has been at Basis for years and is thriving, very happy. Is it the environment that I envisioned for her for her MS and HS years? No, but I've been wrong about oh so much as a parent.
We have quite a number of friends with kids at Latin; they consistently report positive experiences with the leadership. You can have great facilities, poor leadership. Cooper will succeed. |

| The parking lot is small, but they are not starting out with a lot of kids the first year. Indoors, the building is not ideal, but they have everything they need, and I'll take narrower hallways in return for smaller class sizes any day. (But why I'm even bothering, you guys are bent on trashing this school anyway.) |

Wait till school actually starts and staff gets there and tons if other families from nearby schools dropping off and picking up kids.
It’s going to be a disaster and if staff is not parking in the lot, where will they be parking in that area? |
