Suggest a no-impact exercise that's actually fun.

Hula hooping.

I don't get the trampoline suggestions. If you can't jump or maintain control over your entire body, trampoline is a bad idea. There's a high risk for injury even in totally healthy people.

OP here. I hadn't been thinking in those terms because of covid, but going forward that could be a possibility. Oh—maybe I could try line dancing!
