SPOILT milk. Typing too fast

Along with all the McCraftsmen and McFarmhouses.

But at least for those houses someone will still buy them if the location is good. There is no hope for this house, and I say that as someone who has become pretty accepting of the junk people can sell. Those windows are just absurd and that’s not fixable. Yikes!!! OP I am sorry I doubted how bad this was, this is the WORST DMV flip I have ever seen.

And someone will buy a modern look. It's not for everyone (including me), but some people really like 'em.

I'm not sentimental and don't believe in "spirit" but there's no question living in that house would make me depressed. It's dark, cold, cheap looking, proportionally weird, windows are oddly placed and distracting, feels like a dungeon inside yet so exposed at the same time. You can almost believe in bad karma if you lived in that house.

Not sure why everyone has a problem with the windows. It’s that floor! Imagine coming home with a migraine headache and having to look at that!

Looking at the kitchen floors, I instinctively wanted to grab a sweater. It has to be cold in there.

Oh no! Use to drive pass this house on my way into work (NIH). It’s definitely an eyesore.

LOL! Thanks, OP!

It looks crooked in the pics, dark, and the kitchen area is awful: the flooring, the island, and the gold dividing line.

Potential buyers bring a level and it looks like a dingy street view, so make sure you a big drapery budget.

As written in the description: Property displays a very spacey 2 car garage with a pleasant driveway.

I've always been looking for a home with a spacey garage so I may consider it.

Wow. Very cheap throughout. Looks like they slapped together all the inexpensive outdated versions of what used to be in vogue 10 years ago. The minute you move in, it will all flake off/break down.

How ugly.

Who is the target demographic for this house? It’s much too cold and sterile for a family with kids (and as a mom I hate open back stairs on top of it all). It’s too large for DINKS. Then add on the fact everything is dreary and utterly depressing. That floor tile in the kitchen area is SO busy and the veining installed all over the place.

This truly is bad.

How could someone ever look at this and think “dang we made the right decision here. This will for sure sell.”
Anonymous
I like the floating stairwell from which you can look down into the basement from the second floor even though there is a door that closes onto the basement stairs. Going to be great for noise!

Hahaha! I can actually think of a few people I would like to sentence to eternity in that house.
