I'm reading the indictment now. Pp. 22. Around 1:30 there is a communication from Rhodes to his team that all Trump is doing is complaining and shows no intent to do more, so the Patriots have to take action themselves.
Don't know is that's for real or strategically placed deniability to protect Trump. The whole thing is bonkers, though. My God. |
Trump's whole life has been about persuading others to do illegal things on his behalf. SOMEONE organized these paramilitary to storm the Capitol. Someone persuaded 7 state GOPs to submit fake alternate election slates that were virtually identical. Someone persuaded a hundred House Reps and 2 score US Senators to vote against certification of the election. Someone persuaded attornsey to file cases at the state and federal level. Maybe it was Mark Meadows? Maybe it was a 300lb guy in his basement, I don't know. |
SOMEONE will talk when the penalties for silence are severe enough, or the reward is big enough. Or maybe no one has to talk at all, because law enforcement has been listening. We will see. |
Or his sister. From the big 1/6 thread: |
Holy shit. |
My thoughts exactly. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
There's a basement in the White House? |
Did Betsy think that resigning in protest after the coup failed would somehow insulate her from legal jeopardy? LOL |
PP here. Exactly. My question is how much these poor slobs are knowingly protecting Trump. Do they know they are set up to be left high and dry? |
In regards to what, specifically? That they’re finally (publicly) moving past the useless blobs at the bottom of the treason pile? That the same names keep coming up over and over again? Did I miss a document? |
Find out who owns that home where he was arrested. He's identified as living in Granbury - that's 90 miles away from where he was arrested. I'm surprised the homeowner has not yet been publicly identified. |
Who is it? Was he hiding out there? |
Is she yet in legal jeopardy? Also she can easily afford the 500 best defense attorneys in the country. Nothing will ever happen to her, sadly. |
This is a big step. It puts to bed the denials that there was no coordinated plan and it was just a protest that spontaneously got out of hand. They planned this thing for months, came prepared, and had armed back up in Virginia that they planned to bring in when the shooting started. Yes, there was lots of rubes in the crowd who got swept up in it, but there was a core group with a plan.
The next big step will be the people these guys were communicating with at the Willard Hotel, who are all one degree away from inner White House circle. That's going to include people like Stone, Flynn, Guiliani, Kerik, and Eastman. |
