48 - I get 15,000 steps in most days. That's my exercise. I also like to kayak and paddle board - but that's more occasional.
If the weather's lousy I will usually do an exercise video and get some cardio that way. I don't lift weights - I know I've got to start that for bone density. Been thinking of starting rock climbing - we have a rock climbing gym in my city that looks fun. |
