what is your workout routine? (for mid-40 woman)

There are a lot of impressively disciplined people on this board! I lift weights 2x/wk, row 2x/wk and do a HIIT class once a week and am apparently a slacker!

48f here. Walk briskly 5-6 days a week, 2.2 miles. Pushups when I think about it.

I deadlift 200+ lbs on the regular. Not everyone has the same goals.

48 - I get 15,000 steps in most days. That's my exercise. I also like to kayak and paddle board - but that's more occasional.

If the weather's lousy I will usually do an exercise video and get some cardio that way. I don't lift weights - I know I've got to start that for bone density. Been thinking of starting rock climbing - we have a rock climbing gym in my city that looks fun.
