Julia Berolzheimer - wealth

I watched a few videos with her, doesn’t seem particularly bright to me but, yes, she is very pretty.

This post made me curious so had a look at her website - was shocked at how much she has aged. Before, her cheeks were healthy plump, now they are just sunk.

I agree and I wonder if it’s aging or extreme weight loss. I lost my cheeks too

She will make you yawn, guaranteed.

I reallyyyy don’t buy this. She’s got to spend like $10k a month just on clothes.

Yeah, just looked her up and the clothes are not cheap.

I figured out a few years back that I have a friend who probably spends between 150-250,000/year on clothes. Seriously the nicest family - the family does a lot of behind the scenes donations to nonprofits that truly make a difference. They found out a medical nonprofit only had 2 devices, so they contributed money for four to expand reach.

Our daughters are friends and DD occasionally mentions how friends with lower HHIs are much bigger divas about it. But our friend does like her clothes and fairly certain she has a buyer/stylist. Believe she tells her what her events are for the month and it's in her closet.

I would honestly love to have a buyer stylist, I waste so much time trying to buy new work clothes or dresses for weddings and returning them, etc

Her face really isn’t attractive.

She looks so different from the wedding and younger age photos. Her eyes now big and face got thin.

Waaayy too skinny now. Click on her Amazon picks on her website and see her current look. It’s like a different person- gaunt hollow face. She aged dramatically.

The southern version of “classy girls wear pearls”/Kiel Patrick.

I’m curious to the price point of the homes on that street? How much is their house worth? I’m guessing they spend below their means then?

Same! I found the house tour article (https://www.southernliving.com/home/decor/gal-meets-glam-julia-engel-house-pictures), it says the house was sitting for a little while so maybe she got it at a good deal, but it’s still massive and she says it’s in a nice neighborhood. The renovations must’ve cost a lot and I think they added a pool recently too.

I found the street! Thanks to your link. I found the neighbor across the street. A very nice house but for being that wealthy. I’d say it’s modest. Mount Pleasant a block from the water.

The in-laws probably bought it so they'd move near them in South Carolina. Daddy Berolzheimer is CEO of the family business, Cal Cedar, which makes Blackwing pencils. The Berolzheimers also invented Duraflame logs. Yes, they're loaded.

Anybody have any idea what her educational background is?

She and Thomas both went to University of the Pacific. She majored in business/marketing.

Having rich parents doesn't automatically make someone rich. It depends on the rich parents and what if any stake the adult children have in the company.

This has to be their home for sale right? Identical to the Southern Living feature and her instagram.

Has she discussed this move on her social media? I wonder where they are moving to

The little girls room has her whole line at pottery barn kids so yes it does look like it’s her house.

Interesting! I wonder where they are moving to. Maybe they want to be right on the water somewhere fit better views?

The house is beautiful but some of the rooms are sooo fussy and oddly small. They photograph them so differently for the blog, it’s fascinating to see.
