I found the house tour article (https://www.southernliving.com/home/decor/gal-meets-glam-julia-engel-house-pictures), it says the house was sitting for a little while so maybe she got it at a good deal, but it’s still massive and she says it’s in a nice neighborhood. The renovations must’ve cost a lot and I think they added a pool recently too. [/quote]
