However, not sure if you're aware of this, but Youngkin has been declared the winner by absolutely everyone, including vpap.org, all news outlets, all politicians, Terry McAuliffe, and Gov. Northam. In fact, the transition process in Richmond started today. So you can troll as much as you want, but Governor Youngkin will be taking office in January.

Nothing in your link say he will fully find Virginia HBCUs. He doesn’t even commit to a certain amount of $ for the HBCUs.

I vote in VA and have since I was 18 (I'm 39 now) and I have always had to give my license to a volunteer for verification in order to vote. Where is this not a standard practice? I don't understand the issue with this as it has just be a normal thing for me.
