Why isn’t there a warrant out for all his properties? Clearly anywhere he went when he was in office is fair game, including ancillary storage units. JFC.

I could be wrong but threatening the legal team with sanctions seems like it makes an indictment less likely.

I don't think it says anything about the likelihood of an indictment. Might be a precursor to more search warrants though.

You are wrong. This is putting the screws to the lawyers for their dereliction of legal and ethical obligations as officers of the court. It has nothing to do with any underlying criminal acts on the part of Trump or any co-conspirators. It’s a good strategy to get Judge Howell to drop the hammer.

Warrants require a showing of probable cause that a specific item is likely to be found in a specific location based on specified information frr RRT on a source such as an reliable informant or Title III wiretap.

Best way for co-conspirators to share info about an investigation or prosecutorial evidence is by sharing a lawyer. Old school.
