Yeah it all feels like a bad dream that is fading and I don’t care to dwell on it. That’s no good for our institutions. There needs to be corrective action before too many people forget. The mandate dismissing Trump’s case before Judge Cannon issues this week unless he obtains a stay. Given how summarily scotus rejected his last appeal, I don’t see them granting a stay of this order. |

The mandate in this case is effectively an order to Judge Cannon that she must dismiss the case, which will terminate the special master proceeding. |
