In change, her dress appears to be appropriate and fit well but until she chooses a more flattering hair color, she just looks awful. And, what's up with her pose? Her posture is great but the way she's twisted her legs into pretzel makes her look like she's got to pee really badly. She'd do well to learn the Duchess slant.

I agree the fit looks good. On my screen it looks like a navy blue top and a black skirt so not quite there yet, but better.
