I've been to 14 of the 20. They are all beautiful in their own unique ways. Ole Miss (#8) gets a lot of hate on dcum, but that is one gorgeous campus!

I don't get the Pepperdine love. A big parking lot and a bunch of campus buildings that look like Quality Inns. |
Wow. Most of these pics do nothing to tout the beauty of these colleges. Pepperdine's pic is a crime. |
From my experience, the vast majority of college campuses are pretty nice and any differences are just personal preferences. It would be more useful to compile a list of not-so-pretty college campuses. |
Would Princeton being on the list reflect bias by the Princeton Review? |
^no Princeton is an amazingly beautiful campus. I'm kind of surprised it's not higher |
I just realized that my siblings and I all went to schools in the top 7. (There are 4 of us) Clearly campus beauty was a priority for us! |
Princeton is gorgeous! I went to Ole Miss and it is indeed a really beautiful campus. But I'm not sure it ranks above Princeton. |
The Princeton Review is a completely separate private business. When it first started there may have been some intention to trade on Princeton's reputation. I seem to recall the university tried to challenge the name on the grounds that some might be confused that there was a university affiliation, but the challenge was unsuccessful. |
Ole Miss can look pretty damn gorgeous after a few mint juleps at the Grove before a game. ![]() |
Agreed! |
No Middlebury? Eff this list. |
Oh my goodness, how I miss The Grove! We lived in Oxford for about three years before we moved to D.C. This was almost 20 years after I graduated from Ole Miss. It was so much fun living in that town as an adult! We loved it! For a while it was on our short list of retirement locations. |
? I guessed it would be #1. Surprised it onl got 2nd. Overlooking Malibu and the Pacific Ocean - It’s the prettiest college campus I’ve seen. |
Berry usually makes these lists (but is not somewhere I'd ever send my DC for sure, being from the area)
http://www.berry.edu/admission/visit/ But really an incredibly beautiful campus, lovely story. |
