So if Christine‘s phone was turned off and in a drawer, Joe, who had been sent there on a ruse, could not have been communicating with “her” that morning.

I pulled it from YouTube. I was surprised to see when I looked that the text of the documents was ocr-ed by YouTube (or my laptop).I just copied and pasted into a text file and cleaned up some of the formatting and ocr errors. I still missed some errors in transcription

Hats off to you!!! Thank you.

Did not see much "new" in DM piece but decent overview of facts to date. No one but DC News Now and our own PP seem to have picked up on the details shared by prosecution at last BB hearing via exhibits.

New from DM today

A few tidbits stuck out for me.

BB's lawyer saying 'It just doesn't add up, judge,'....um "judge" instead of "your honor" is a bad form from the start.

'Multiple, credible women confirmed this fact including one, in particular, who told them that during the course of her affair with this defendant a few years ago he would constantly promise to leave his wife,' I'm sure these women have also been subpoenaed and will provide compelling background testimony.

It’s clear this loser had a longtime problem with keeping it in his pants. Why not just divorce and keep having fun? I hope they both go away forever.

Of course divorce would have been logical. But first of all these two were acting in the dog-like heat of their passion, clouding their thought processes. But in all honesty I think BB and AP were aware that in the case of filing for divorce, BB would have had to vacate the premises and CB would have fired AP. If CB didn't already know for certain there was an affair she certainly suspected it and was probably not in favor of extending AP's contract for another the previous October. So out of the work which was the basis of AP's visa, she would have had to either 1) find a new family quickly or 2) return to Brazil. Both of these issues could be worked around over time. After getting a legal divorce (a year or so) BB could have married AP. But these two hound dogs couldn't bear to be apart. They wanted what they wanted NOW! And I'm not even taking into account the financial issues as well.

Thanks for typing out the above, PP.

Just utter depravity and indifference to human life. With a CHILD in the home who then was forced to play happy familiy with her mommy's killers.

I am on the fence on whether she was sent to the closet to get the second gun or had it the whole time. I can see Brendan, as CB & JR lay dying (and his young accomplice maybe now scared and definitely in shock) suddenly deciding to make sure JPM keeps her mouth shut by making sure she is just as culpable as he is and directing her to take that shot.

As someone who has known BB for a long time, who has defended him in this thread -- if what was posted is remotely true than he is 100% guilty and deserves whatever he is getting. And I hope he gets "it" often in jail

Remotely true?? Those are court documents of police/forensics investigation findings!

I’m confused about something. I thought the AP first said that when she came back to get lunches she saw a strange car in the driveway and then called BB.

Does the evidence now say (and is she saying) that she say the strange man arriving on the Ring camera and that’s what prompted her to return to the house and call BB?

I think the ring camera alert was used to initiate their plan. BB and AP had a very tight window of opportunity. In my opinion, I believe the scenario in which JR was told to wait downstairs, presuming CB was unawares of any arrangement and was likely sleeping upstairs. JR anticipated the husband coming home as part of the sex scenario. That said, BB and AP had to arrive before JR either went upstairs on his own and woke CB who would have confronted him or just got weirded-out and left the house.

Usual disclaimer, just a guess at what happened.

No - her story all along has been that she forgot the lunches, turned around and upon returning to the residence, she saw the strange car and called BB. There is now ring camera footage showing she was waiting in the cul-de-sac the whole time, showing she never left and certainly didn’t come back for lunches.

She had the gun. There’s no way this was a game time decision. The two victims are in extremis, BB is holding a gun on one or both, and he then decides to direct JM to the combo-lock safe where she removes a weapon, ensures it’s loaded and safety is off, and accurately fires? No way in hell. This was all planned. Badly, mind you. Way too many moving parts but folks willing to do this stuff are blinded by their stupidity and internal ethical void. I’m actually shocked that they thought they could pull this off.
