I actually don't see a problem with it at all.

The kids can completely have their space - which is more open and airy than the main house - which looks cramped and stuffy. Is it any different than me having my kids on a different floor? Many of those old homes in Charleston were built so long ago, and even when renovated seem large because of the super high ceilings but in reality are small. Also, the stairways tend to be very steep and not kid-friendly.

Let them be happy in the guest house which is probably ten feet away.

Landon looked like she aged 5 years.

Kathryn is not attractive without all her makeup. The application process has got to be time consuming

Shep is going to end up just like T-Rav if he doesn't get his sh*t together. His judgemental comments re: Craig are laughable given his own pathetic existence. The only difference btwn Shep and Craig is that Shep was born into money.
