This is interesting. My DD has received multiple mailings from Suny schools...Albany, Buffalo, Binghamton, Geneseo and on.. I was wondering how many out-of-staters apply to those.

NP. Stevenson and Wheaton are the outliers. Rest are large public schools.FWIW DS has a couple like these too.

Oh no...are you part of the Jan 20th group that has to wait for notification? That sucks. Don't understand the two groups. Believe it's all by chance.

Mine was also deferred at Clemson and waiting for OSU. Not sure either about the January group. She did get U of SC, though, which makes the other 2 easier to wait for.

I thought OSU was Oklahoma State. Now I realize you PROBABLY meant Ohio State, which makes way more sense geographically.

I just don't see people call it "OSU" often.
