Defense lawyers for each could claim that the other one was responsible. From what we have previously heard from her lawyer, that at least seemed to be the direction they were going. Hopefully, the lengthy, painstaking efforts of police and prosecutors have build an air-tight case but we cannot really say at this point.

I found it by looking at the news report on DC News Now. During the reporting they showed a couple of pages from the prosecution document on the video. You have to watch close and stop the action. At 2:08 in the DC News Now vid where one exhibit is shown it states that both bodies were repositioned in the room so Christine was not killed in a guest room, etc.

People need to stop bickering over details provided by JPM's lawyer, it's ALL lies. The pages about people's own holiday cards are narcissistic but the pages going on and on about trips to the zoo in Feb were pointless, it was part of the ruse, not anything that ever was happening. JPM waited down the street for JR to arrive. She did not forget lunches. Everything about their story is a lie.

I still don't see the part about CB being held down, guess that was by JPM? if the forensics on that are solid then her charges should be increased. What dumbasses, there was no way the evidence supported JR being the killer, not done a single person. Sounds like both engaged in killing each victim.

The child was given an ipad and locked in the basement with a baby gate per the one exhibit shown.

For all of the nattering about calls to CB and more about why didn't she call 911, her phone was turned off and put in a drawer in the living room downstairs. By BB or JPM presumably per one prosecution exhibit. It was found there by LE later the day of the murders.

It's so horrifying to read about, poor CB and JR.

Anyone have a time stamp for the details re: CB's killing?

At 2:06, partial prints were found on the knife for which the defendant could not be excluded.

Christine was stabbed once on the right side of her neck and 5 times on the left, while being held down, immobilized with her arms next to her body per that exhibit.

I don't see any mention of tox screen results for CB. Maybe that has not been introduced yet.
