Does every mom own a North Face Jacket?

Is it me or are the North Face long coats popping up everywhere? I get they are warm, but something seems queen bee/wanna be-ish about the trend. Reminds me of the days where everyone had to have Guess jeans and a Benetton sweater.

LOL finally something at LLBean is actually in style! I guess if you are "out" long enough you finally end up being "in". No idea if this is trendy in trendy circles but the jackets at LLBean last a long time and are pretty standard across the NE and Virginia more for function than style.

Nope. I am a Patagonia girl during the weekend, and Max Mara during the week

Yes they are everywhere. At least 5 in each metro car. I don't own any NF though. I love my zumba gear!

I haven't noticed much of this. Maybe because I instinctively avoid noticing clothing that looks too athletic.

You must live not live in the area.

Yes, I have one but it's not long. Gift from my mother, I would not have bought it for myself.

Having a North Face is insecure?

Man, I went with a Columbia-brand jacket. Looks like I'm doomed to a life of wearing off brands. Reminds me of when Ocean Pacific brand was cool and someone gave my brother Pacific Coast Highway brand clothes.

LOL! I just noticed them for the first time this winter. They are everywhere, on everyone. I'd never heard of them before.

Personally, I don't think they are particularly attractive. Whomever mentioned LL Bean -- I think Bean stuff is way cooler looking.

I just noticed them yesterday. There are a lot of them.
