Breakfast: lean orange smoothie at gym. Black coffee

Lunch: hummus with carrots, cucumbers, spinach, and a piece of pita bread

Dinner: marinated steak tips and salad. A couple of DH's mozzarella sticks

Snacks: honey dew melon, 2 pieces of Halloween candy, couple of handfuls of popcorn

Enjoying a large pour of red wine now

Falafel wrap with fries and side salad
A small handful of yogurt covered pretzels
About 6 bites of tofu and seitan
A small handful of trail mix
Sandwich with onions, red and green bell peppers, provolone cheese and vegetarian chicken
Two fruitare bars

Apple slices for breakfast.

Sesame kale and a whole wheat white pita pizza with tons of garlic and a bit of spinach.

Pears for snack.

Cal Tor Carribean mango salad for dinner.

Breakfast: Hash browns, quiche Lorraine, 1 strip of bacon, coffee

Skipped lunch but had a big fresh lemonade (but with Splenda)

1 homemade pumpkin muffin for snack

Dinner: roasted broccoli, pancakes (we did breakfast for dinner), one beer

Late night snacking will likely include chips and another beer

2 small moka pots of coffee with half and half and a bit of sugar

2 poached eggs, 2 pieces Canadian bacon, and some leftover roasted potatoes.

2 slices cheese pizza.

About 1/3 bag of Trader Joe's frozen pork potstickers with a side of broccoli.

I have to preface this by saying that I've lost 30 lbs in the past 4 months.

That said, today I ate all of the things. Giant biscuit, scrambled eggs and fried chicken for breakfast, coffee with cream and sugar. Cheese. Bread. French onion soup with even more cheese. A giant portion of steak frites with a pepper cream sauce. Three glasses of wine. Creme brûlée. More coffee and cream.

Now I feel enormous. But so worth it.

Finally, real menus. There's been some real eating disorder peaches in similar DCUM threads lately.

Break: Spinach, Berries, Apple, yogurt smoothie at home
Lunch: Gyro salad
Dinner: 2 spicy crunchy tuna rolls and seaweed salad.

Lunch - 2 mini tacos and various samples from the YUM thing at Union Market
Dinner-shrimp gumbo with brown rice and some whole wheat baguette

Souvlaki, pita, greek salad and tzatziki
One delicious chocolate covered caramel

Breakfast - yogurt blueberry, 1/2 Belgian waffle, 3 sausages, apple slices
Lunch - enclhiladas out with rice and beans,bites of kids Mac n cheese
Dinner ziti and salad , popcorn, and Italian ice

Now eating believe it or not gene bean casserole
