As for me:

On the road for breakfast with limited options: McDonald's Egg McMuffin with just egg (no meat or cheese) and a medium latte

Pre-gym snack: Small bowl of Kashi Morning Sunshine cereal with 2% milk

Lunch: Bowl of leftover homemade chicken & kale soup and a red bartlett pear.

Planned snack: Probably a bowl of 2% fage yogurt with granola

Likely dinner: Shrimp & quinoa bake with a salad and garlic bread.

Oops. I think it's honey sunshine. Guess I called it morning sunshine because I think of this cereal as happiness in a bowl. So good!

McDonald's fruit and yogurt parfait
Heavy coffee hour at church, so pumpkin bread, huge plate for fruit salad, hummus and carrots, bagel
Dinner was chili with some shredded cheese and a green salad. Now drinking a glass (es) of wine if the kids actually stay in bed.

Need more veggies. Want more carbs all the time

Roasted Brussels sprouts from wegmans
1/2 apple
1 slice white American cheese
5 mini mushroom turnovers (wegmans frozen---Sooo good!)
Homemade veggie matzoh ball soup
1/2 slice wegmans pumpkin roll

Sparkling water throughout the day

Chef salad with balsamic dressing on side, diet soda

Breakfast: Green grapes, lightly sweetened iced coffee
Snack: 5 mini unwrapped pb cups
Lunch:Moby Dick; 4 chicken kebobs, hummus, pita, rice, 2 slices grilled tomato diet coke.
Snack: 1/3 banana
Skipped dinner, but snacked on a handful of more green grapes, and 12 unwrapped mini peppermint patties
Lots of sparkling water, too, throughout the day.

Dinner: Baked tilapia, asparagus, side salad

Mini Bagel w cream cheese and mini bag of Doritos
Very large portion of curry chicken w carrots potatoes and white rice, giant piece of apple pie w cool whip (linner at 4pm)
Golden Grahams and a little more cheese

This is probably less than normal because I skipped lunch.

Lunch: Mushroom and chickpea soup
Afternoon snacks: Protein bar and almonds
Dinner: Grilled chicken with side of okra, half grapefruit

Breakfast (5:30am) : Yogurt with granola and tea with a little half and half
Snack (8am): Small banana and babybel light cheese thing with a whole wheat Wasa crisp
Second breakfast (10:30 am): Turkey bacon sandwich from Starbucks and a nonfat latte
Lunch (around 1:30): Luvo Chicken Chili Verde microwavable meal and a grapefruit.
Dinner: Shrimp soup with mixed greens salad and garlic bread
Will probably also have an herbal tea later in the evening.
