Handful goldfish

White wine

I'm so glad to see the responses here, assuming they are accurate. I always feel my eating is very sporadic and inconsistent, yet I believe that is what helps keep me at a good stable weight. I splurge when I want or skip a meal if I'm too busy and I don't restrict too much but don't force myself to eat four squares. It looks like lots of these responses are similar.

I wonder if it makes a difference that yesterday was a Saturday. I work from home and kids are all in school, so my weekday eating is not much different on weekends.

plain yogurt with blueberries, raspberries, almonds

huge pot of Earl Grey tea

slice of pumpkin bread (homemade with whole wheat & flax seed)

salad with tuna, eggs, broccoli and a few pumpkin seeds

a couple little Belgian cookies

kale stir fried with mushrooms, chicken tender sliced on top

another slice of pumpkin bread.

Shouldn't have had that last slice, but I have a terrible sugar addiction.

Yesterday:

Oatmeal with apples and blackberries, blob of greek yoghurt and drizzle of honey
Flat white, orange juice
Pumpkin soup with a spoon of rice in the bottom
Clementine
Made biscotti in the afternoon so snacked on a few bits candied ginger and orange peel
Boeuf bourgignon, mashed potato, green beans
Pot au chocolat and gluten free ginger, orange and almond biscotti (first time I made either recipe and they turned out great luckily because we had friends over for dinner)
Loads of sparkling water and like 2cm pinot noir which I made last all evening (36 weeks pregnant)
