I don’t know what that board is called in fbi movies where they paste up all the different strands and then try to connect them (or if it’s really a thing) but if it is, the mueller team may be running out of room.

It's really only a question of him cutting losses and taking Trump with him, or Trump going down and Cohen never seeing the light of freedom again.

And now it appears the NY AG has petitioned the state to amend the law for them to be able to pursue charges against someone who has received a presidential pardon.

New York's existing law states that if an individual pleads guilty or is convicted of a federal crime and then is pardoned by the president, prosecutors cannot bring charges for violating state laws because of a double-jeopardy rule that stipulates a person cannot be tried for the same crime twice.

Schneiderman wrote to Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) and leaders of the state legislature to argued that as a result of the current policy, a "strategically-timed pardon" could protect individuals who have violated New York state laws.

As a result, Schneiderman is asking that state lawmakers change the New York statute so that double-jeopardy protections do not apply to cases involving presidential pardons.

The fact is that lots of people don't report threats like this, because they can't actually protect you from an unknown person. You don't get a security detail because someone threatened you.

Um... she hired her security detail. It had nothing to do with this “alleged threat” she is claiming. I have no doubt it is part of her desire for that “15 minutes of fame.”
My prediction.......they will never identify this person because he does not exist.
