I am no lawyer, but was wondering if Micahel Avanetti can force Trump to dispose based on trump's tweet that the "sketched" man does not exist...How does trump know? Was he present in the garage stormy was threatened? is trump connected to the man somehow to know he does not exist?

Avenatti already has a request pending to take depositions of Trump and Cohen in the NDA case. The ruling should be in by Friday.

He's talking about suing for defamation over the tweet.

I believe Trump/the Administration has already successfully proven in court that some tweets count and some don't. Or did they lose on that one? There have been so many lawsuits against this administration, I've lost track.

I don’t know what that board is called in fbi movies where they paste up all the different strands and then try to connect them (or if it’s really a thing) but if it is, the mueller team may be running out of room.
