She was not impeding or obstructing. This is clear in the video. This is murder. The ICE officer need to to be brought to justice.

Her car was diagonal in the middle of the street in front of to ICE agents cars. How is that not impeding?

She waved the first vehicle around her so I don’t think she was trying to impede them. The second vehicle stopped and ICE go out and started yelling at her.

Do you know why she was waving? You know for sure she was very politely telling the other car “oh just go on around me! Thanks!” How do you know this?

The whole video where she waves someone through, is approached by 2 ICE agents, backs up and proceeds forward. A third ICE agent (the shooter) hopped in fron of her car but she was not tracking to hit him.

She wasn't "parked." She was stopped. And what right does that ICE thug have to try to forcibly open her door and pull her out? I'd drive away, too.

Well, if an officer was standing in front of her car as she speed forward there would be. But in the video I saw there was not visibility of the front of her car. But it was clear she 1) had parked her car put in the middle the road sideways
2) did not listen to the officer telling her to get out several times 3) tried to take off hastily while and officer had his arms inside the car trying to open her door.

This was one of my first thoughts too. She’s probably looking to the left at the guy assaulting her and her vehicle.

Correct. I have seen videos from different angles and what some people don't realize yet is that in trying to drive away, the woman actually drove directly at an agent. I can see why she did that in a moment of panic and misjudgement, and most likely would have swerved away as she drove away. But in that fatal second, she was aiming at an agent, and that is when the agent shot his gun.

This is a tragedy and there is blame for both sides. But right now people really need not to get charged at fighting and blocking ICE agents who are doing their lawful job.

Protest ICE peacefully, don't interfere with their actions, stick to court cases and peaceful protests.

I thought law enforcement were trained not to get in front of moving vehicles/vehicles in drive? Aren’t they supposed to come around from the sides to prevent this, especially because people tend to panic in these situations?

they have no training beyond might makes right. That is all there is now to our legal system to our economic system to our political system. might makes right.

Don't be like that. You know that police agents & federal officers undergo serious training.

ICE does not. Other agents, I agree.

Let's agree that this was an unnecessary & preventable tragedy.
