What exactly is the democratic party going to stand for in 2026 and 2028?

The Democratic Party is just as divided over Israeli wars as is the Republican Party.

In both cases it falls down economic lines . The major party donors are in favor of Israel and the layman is anti -war.

Is it though? I see much less vocal opposition in he news from Democrats than Republicans

Many people know that deep down but not "most" people. If most people understood how bought and paid for 99% of the politicians of our two major parties are, the American electorate would force political reformation.

Seriously - Dems need to focus on policies that are intended for the well-being of the majority of people. Not a bunch of special interest groups.

They prefer identity politics and "representation" as an example of change and progress over actual workers' rights.

Unions were the real DEI/diversity, equity, inclusion. They represented all groups in America.

The Democrats need to return to that because it was sad to see unions flock to Trump during the last election. Democrats are so out of touch with their working class roots. They do not even know how to talk to these Americans without talking down to them. They do not come off as very pro worker or pro family when they say things like "those jobs are not coming back", "we will re-train you at 60 years old" ""flyover state", "soccer mom/helicopter mom", "trad wife" or mock parents for not wanting defunded police, migrant shelters near schools, or transgender curriculums in public school. It's an attitude problem with the Democrats. They seem like they dont like God, family, or non college educated workers.

DEI: racial discrimination is great as long as it is used against whites

Russia/Ukraine: we must keep funding the proxy war with Russia no matter how many people are killed in the process. It is totally different than bombing Iran's nuclear sites, obviously.

Energy: must keep pushing green energy at all costs even if it increases energy prices.

EVs: Elon Musk is a baddie.

And the above is why Rs have a slim chance of holding onto the House in 2026 and a much better chance of winning the presidency again in 2028.
