Omg, the crazies on this thread and the lengths they are willing to go to...it's alarming.

Scott Peterson murdered his pregnant wife. He's a classic passive aggressive loser who couldn't cope with conflict with an actual partner so he sought an idealized new relationship as his own private revenge. So many murdering men do this...it's Chris Watts to a T as well.

He's right where he should be and isn't getting out. His pooor sister needs to get a life.

I don’t know how anyone can watch this and not conclude that Scott killed his wife. The interrogation at the beginning tells it all. His body language is not that of someone who is worried about his wife. No sense of urgency. What a sociopath. He should never see the light of day again.

Laci’s dad went fishing on Christmas Eve.

Scott was speaking to other guys at the marina who were fishing. It’s California not Minnesota. Going fishing at any time is not unusual

When your hands freeze up, you can’t play golf correctly so Scott is correct about that. Cold air makes golf balls less responsive.

Fishing is actually easier when it’s cold. The waters are shallower and the fish are more sluggish and easier to find

This is an Exhibit from The defense:

200 pound Scott and Laci’s 153 pound inside the fishing boat in the middle of the water. The boat is about to tip over.



This is an actual picture of Scott’s truck and boat. He drove this for 2 1/2 hours with Lacis exposed body in the bed of the pick up truck apparently unconcerned that wind can blow away the plastic tarp on Lacis body and he’d get exposed

The trial should’ve been a mistrial. The state did not provide the burden of proof that Scott is the murderer. The state has the burden to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Scott did this but they couldn’t provide a real timeline or date, Cause, or time of death and even changed the date of Lacis death and her Marina burial to the evening of December 23rd because they couldn’t explain how Scott can dump her in a marina in broad daylight when others saw him there and spoke to him.
Laci was found dead wearing tan capris and not the black pants like she wore when she went missing on the morning of the 24th and what was stated on the missing posters. This also caused the state to claim she died on the evening of the 23rd because she happened to wear beige pants that evening.

He didn’t know his wife was dead. Sharon, Laci’s mom didn’t cry during the first press conferences or interviews she gave either. She had a deadpan expression and told the kidnappers to have a heart and please return her. It’s not too late. She’s eight months pregnant.

Does that mean her body language wasn’t correct either because she didn’t cry in front of the officers or public?

The cops told Scott not to do any media with Lacis family during their active investigation. They set him up.

People didn’t hear from Scott as he listened to cops and avoided media so they assumed he didn’t care or was a suspect

Scott should’ve done interviews with Lacis family. The police knows the media runs a case so they wanted Scott to stay away from
Media as they claimed he was charming and likable and handsome (odd cops noted on another man’s looks but whatever)

Scott’s mother was even doing interviews with Lacis mother in the beginning but Scott wasn’t allowed to stand by the Rocha family to plead for his wife to be returned.

The cops had it out for Scott from day 1
