they’re touted “Performance” platform is amateur hour.
The boys program has more labrum issues than the entire DC area and the girls program has ACL’s every single year.

6 different players had their labrum or labrum’s surgically repaired since 2019.
4 of them played NL.

Coaches making up BS about the St. John’s lacrosse program again? Always happens when they get outworked.

News flash… SJC wasn’t the best program in the DC area in 2023 and they sure as hell weren’t the best local team this past Spring

Cadet faithful still living off the coattails of the 2022 squad.

Still getting outworked. 23 team was easily one of the top teams in the DMV (the so called top team refused to play). 24 team was very good and was missing their best player.

Agree with this. 23 team was very good defensively. I’d put my money on big tasty locking down the Prep offense.

Are we still talking about the SJC team that hardly beat Bullis in 2023, came down to the final minute?

A team that prep beat by 15 on national television?

Prep would have smoked the cadets in 2023.

Should come as no surprise when their coaching staff pushes year round lacrosse and “optional” practices all Fall (including weekends).

Boys in their mid teens bodies are developed enough to handle the repetitive use of the same muscles.

It's true. All of their '22s reclassed (look at those birthdays) because they couldn't beat the SJC '22s. Would have broken a long losing streak to the Cadets.

Why are talking about the SJC team from 2022 again?

Would like to know what top players aren’t playing year round.
