And you should stop smugly saying, "Actions have consequences," if you don't want it thrown right back at you. As in this instance. The stupid law school students are getting exactly what they deserve. Actions do indeed have consequences. |
DP. There is no bigger black mark than being involved in this mob of illiberal law school students. I hope their names and faces are publicized. |

Do you not see the difference between the school giving consequences and judges doxxing them on the internet? |

If you truly value free speech, then the behavior of these law students should appall you. They were not practicing free speech. They were preventing free speech with a heckler's veto. And, in doing so, they were violating the rules of the school they attend. |
Nothing says free speech more than government officials using their power to punish people who say things they don’t like. |
Guessing they are more concerned about the civility aspect of it. |
| It will be good for the legal community if more clerkships went outside of the ivy leagues. Much of the left/right extreme culture comes from our elite universities. |
| Why do so many fascists want to provoke college students? The judge got exactly what he wanted. He wasn’t there to give an intellectual argument. It’s all performative clout chasing. |
+1 The only right response to this mess is that some of the students and the judge all behaved badly. |
Why do so many fascist law students from "elite" universities work so hard to shut down free speech with which they disagree? The students are getting exactly what they deserve - their 15 "minutes of fame" which will hopefully result in their inability to obtain much-desired clerkships. |

So, instead of posting about the substance of the tweet thread, which is accurate - you deride the person who posted the tweet thread. Tells me you really have no argument. |
No reasonable law student wants to clerk for a Federalist Society judge. |
