Kyle Duncan is a bigot. He doesn’t deserve deference. It’s ridiculous that he is a federal judge.

The SLS students are sticking to their principles. BLSA gives a vote of no confidence to the SLS Administration.

They need to back up those claims with some facts. You know, like a lawyer would.

It looks like the graduating class of SLS will become a bit more pale.
And, the "principles" these snowflakes are sticking to are contrary to the Constitution.
They are going to make really crappy lawyers.

The first amendment is not the same thing as a school’s policy to allow a difference of opinions to be expressed on campus. And if he was free to speak his opinions, so were they. It wasn’t pretty, but they all had the right to express their opinions.

I cannot believe you are rationalizing what was done and how the dean lectured him. I guess in your world it's acceptable to shout people down when they've been invited to speak. It was a free for all. Rude, despicable behavior by the dean and those law students was on full display.

Smart of them to wait for the story to get out of the news before having her resign.

What on earth took her so long? She should have been fired, not allowed to resign. Reminds me of the dean at Oberlin who “left to pursue other opportunities” after idiotically leading the charge against the bakery. Good riddance to these morons.

I think they're saying Stanford strategically waited until the media firestorm was over and the students were not on campus to create another firestorm in defense of the dean who left.
