The games today only show how teams can have good and bad days, but there is a lot of talent across the board. Visi beat SSSA by almost 10, and SR beat Visi by 5, and SSSA beat Visi. Clearly all the teams have talent but it depends on the day. Visi is still the best based on their win over Mcdonough and destroying SSSA. Great win for Potomac regardless.

Visitation's game vs St John's tomorrow should be very interesting. Already a rivalry game. Add in the weather & 2 horrible losses this week for Visi. In hindsight, seems like a scheduling disaster.

Also, can't overlook that Potomac has had different coaching in the last few weeks. Positive change?

I'm not shocked the Saints won yesterday, KJ is the goat when it comes to coaching. While she has a young team this Spring, she always finds away to have them playing their best ball towards the end of the season when it matters most. Expect for the Saints to make a run in the ISL and in the VISA too.

I'm more shocked Potomac beat Visitation yesterday, Visi is loaded with a deep senior class. While the Panthers program has gradually been improving over the past 5 years, their roster is primarily filled with underclassmen (lots of sophomores).

Just like in the college ranks, we are really beginning to see some parity in the DC area, which is a good thing for the sport.

Ladies, if you don't show you, anything can happen on any given Thursday now.
