You’re not wrong. But this is done. She’s been outed
Mission accomplished. |
That is what I was thinking! If Kim were the type, she would be loving this. I'm sure she is above it, but can you imagine having to fill Kim's shoes? Plus, he is FIVE kids in, and at his age, doesn't want a costly divorce, so he swooped Hillary away and is probably hiding her phone, at this point. Her birthday (I just read) is January 6 - if that is even true, who knows. If they have any PR people left, they have to be telling them to STFU at this point, right? |
Your core issue is that lying is wrong. Yet, everyone does lie from telling someone their ok food is great to liking a bad haircut, it's just how things are done. Why are you so upset about this? Hilary didn't lie to me and many others, because until recently many had no idea who she was, and now she's a laughingstock. What else do you want to happen here? She's not getting away with it in the court of public opinion and no crime was actually committed so its not like she's going to be arrested for anything. |
+1 RIGHT?? WTH?? I took five years of Spanish - does that make me Mexican? Perhaps I should hang out where a famous guy lives in NYC and get his attention...... |
| I really think there was a way out of this mess for her. She should have been humble and ashamed. She could have admitted mental health struggles and insecurity. She could have apologized and asked for ideas from everyone where to donate all the money she made. She could change her whole IG and just post occasionally-real normal photos with nannies if they allow. If she must be on social media she could update people with incites from her therapy and realizations about why this was problematic. She could re-invent herself as someone healing from mental narcissistic tendencies, social media attention, etc. She might get a deal from an one of those online therapy groups for advertising. She could make fun of herself on IG a bit. |
| WTH is this poster trying to defend Hilary? Almost as psychotic as Hilary. |
Can we please stop treating Hillary/Hillaria/whatever like a victim? She isn't. There was no one on a "mission" to "out" her. She caused this herself because she decided to do what she did and that's what happens. Nobody was out to get her. She made the choice she made. If there is a PR team involved with her, they are doing a really, really bad job. |
| Sorry insights...apparently I lost my ability to spell |
+1 She could, but then, what would her "brand" be? The Karashians are taken. |
No. Being a CON ARTIST is WRONG. Look if you feel it was very sweet and innocent for someone to create a fake persona and run with it, telling everyone lies, that's your jam. We fully support you, k? |
One of her neighbors said something to her, and her response was "I have lived here (Beacon Hill) for 19 years!" :gate slam: I think that is all we need to know. Yowza. |
|
OK, I can't read 280 pages, but I am still not clear on why anyone cares? Has Hilaria parlayed some sort of faux-Latinx persona for $$, money, endorsements, roles, etc.? Is there any point to the "I'm from Spain" thing at all other than just some weird alterego-cosplay thing? How can it be a "grift" if there is nothing in it for you?
This seems on par with celebrities changing their name or fibbing about their age or high school experience. But perhaps I am missing something (say, on page 174-76 of this!) |
But there was someone on a mission here. According to what the moderator said about this thread there definitely was one person doing most of the posting about this up until this became news. |
+1 Exactly this. Other con artists are justifiably extremely uncomfortable with her being called out, afraid they are next. |
Well, now the whole world knows the truth. Why do you have such a big problem with that? |
