GA Hats/Sweatshirts should be happy with LVU 2013s dominance there as well.

Keep trying. A GA sweatshirt is more likely than a GA hat but I've never seen either so while you win on effort you lose on execution.

I have seen multiple cringe ECNL hats being worn by parents.

GA logo pretty cool, actually. Reminds me of NBA/WNBA/NWSL, etc.

lol.. that is such a bad statement. not enough money to hire someone to create a logo on their own that you have to copy well known brads? my goodness. surprised they haven't been sued to be honest. but the fact they haven't been sued tells you all you need to know about the GA from the standpoint of the huge brands they are stealing from

This is why nobody takes you seriously. You are against the logo only because you hate GA. If ECNL adopted that same logo you would put it on your hat tomorrow. You are a pathetic keyboard warrior

No seriously, you need to be proud you got LVU. They're fantastic at younger ages and always lose kids to ECNL clubs. 2013s have consistently been one of the top teams in the country and they went from RL -> GA (20-0-1 LOL, what a waste of a season). They also dominated at the ECNL event with a big win over a top 20 team.

A 2013 team would not have been in RL this year as U12 ...

Why do you think they were even at the ECNL event?

Because there was a u12/2013 division
They played 11 v 11. Arlington, MDU, Loudoun and Union/McLean all played also.

Yes, I was stating that as a fact. LVU was with them and beat a top 20 FL. team and destroyed some lesser competition. (I'm not LVU, but played them a lot ).

You played them or your child did? It was unclear from what you wrote. Apologies.

We, (my team) as a coach. Point is this team will be a force in GA next year. Although SJEB is almost as strong at this AG.

More competition is always welcome but you can see in the ranking app that top GA clubs won't be easy to beat.

I don't even need the app (but yes I know about it) - We've played all those teams recently. I was banging the drum for saying how great of a pickup LVU is for GA. We're not in GA.

Blues dipping their toe in the DPL/GA world interesting.

I wonder what the logic is by doing this?

If ECNL pulls girls ECNL from them they just switch to GA/Aspire/DPL?

Seems like Blues is poking the bear.

Blues has been expanding/money grabbing , with like 6 teams per age. They just need somewhere to put these girls.

They already has teams in ECNL, RL, RL-Socal, NPL, E64, Socal. They are running out of alphabets.

But after DA blew up Blues weren't anything DPL/GA related. They were US Club and USYS but nothing else.

At a minimum this shows that Blues is recognizing DPL/GA and getting involved just to have their foot in the door if something happens with GA.

Blues aren't the only ones. There a couple ECNL girl clubs in the SW (AZ) that also added DPLO.

Interesting, then its probably just clubs diversifying to not have all their eggs in one basket and to play leagues against each other on price.
Anonymous
Yeah, who knows. I find it strange that ECNL girls clubs are joining DPL or DPLO when they can just put their third, fourth teams, etc... in a state league or USYS NL.

Maybe there's more to it as someone else implied. "Getting their foot in the door"

They don’t wanna put all their eggs in one basket or be caught when there are no more chairs left. they’ll see how it all shakes out next year. Having a team in DPL makes the switch to GA/MLSN easier if that’s what they want to do.
