| Anyone watch the first show? Thoughts? |
|
Damn. I was hoping you were confronting someone about an affair.
Oh well. moving on. |
| No. Not sure I would ever confront anyone about one; having BTDT. The show is interesting because the characters are complex and it is shot from each perspective, which I find interesting. |
| I have it set to record, as I'm out of town right now. I've been looking forward to watching it. |
| Watched it and loooovvvvved it. I love Dominick west so it was sort of a foregone conclusion. I wish I hadn't watched the preview episode because now I have to wait more than a week for the next one. |
|
i watched it and thought it was quite good. my dh and i both think that at least in this episode, her perspective was more credible. anyone else?
by the way, has the actress who plays allison been in anything else recently? i thought she was remarkable. |
| Totally sucked in just with the first episode. |
Ruth Wilson (who plays Alison) was on Luther. |
| Hooked after first episode. Her perspective more believable so far. |
|
Really liked it. Definitely agree that her perspective is much more believable. His version seemed more like how a guy wishes a woman would come on to him- like the shower scene.
|
| It was so good to see Pacey again and all grown up. I have missed him. |
| I heart Pacey forever and wow do we see a lot of him! This is definitely not Dawson's Creek... |
| Is there any way to watch this show if you don't have showtime? |
|
Also love, also agree about her perspective being more believable. I kept going back to the early scene where the girl at the pool was hitting on him until he put his ring on. I sense a pattern there.
Intense sex scenes. |
You might also know her from a small role in The Lone Ranger (Johnny Depp movie), Saving Mr. Banks, and - my favorite - the BBC Jane Eyre mini-series. I might check out his new Showtime series just because of her. |
