The prosecutor said that CB was killed very soon AFTER JR was shot twice. And yes, the prosecutor said that BB used the knife that JR brought to stab/cut CB.

Let go of the idea that CB was killed earlier in the morning before JR arrived. That has been found to be a false narrative with the recent information.

Link to the statement about the knife. JR had sent a photo, a matching knife could have been used. If the prosecutor confirmed it was specifically the one belonging to JR, link to a story. Or were you personally at the BB hearing on Friday?

As more and more podcasts and articles are written about this case, new people are going to be coming to the thread because it’s one of the first things that comes up when you google the case. Not everyone has been as obsessed as you are apparently, so, please give posters some slack. If you can’t handle questions about things that have been already discussed on this thread, maybe you’ll find yourself more at home over at Web sleuths where you have to have a login name to discuss the case. More and more posters are going to come here closer to Juliana‘s case , especially since it’s going to be on court TV.

Prosecutors told the judge that Banfield is on depression medication and based on several jailhouse calls, they believed he was a threat to his child and the public.

We know BB and AP went in the back door for nefarious reasons and to most easily stash child in ap suite.

We don't know how CB was incapacitated or where she was stabbed repeatedly prior to being moved to the bed in the master. Thinking she was incapacitated is common sense not a "huge leap." Even their deaths were about control for BB, why would he give her any ability to mess up his long dreamed of plan? Erase and replace, keep all assets and maybe add LI payout.

BB had been wanting to off his wife for years, talked about it to multiple affair partners. Slipping her crushed pills so she could not derail his plans is a no brainer.

Yes, I KNOW that they went in the back door because they weren't actually worried about an intruder. But, as a member of the jury, right then I'd say this doesn't add up b/c no normal person, questioning whether there is a problem or just a visitor/contractor/neighbor/friend stopping by the house would go in the back door without calling into the house from the front door.

I think JM is drinking some kind of kool-aid if she seriously believes there is reasonable doubt about 2nd degree murder for her. Honestly, it really should have been upgraded to conspiracy to commit murder (for both). If the prosecutors have the digital evidence that JM was part of the plan to lure JR to the house, they should be charging her with conspiracy. But, maybe they feel it's better to go with the SURE thing and get her on the 2nd degree murder. 40 yrs in jail is something -- although she really should be looking at life x 2.

So JPM claimed he was trespassing but also claimed invited by CB? Even her mom gave an interview, basically channeling TB, smearing CB.

Part of what makes the discussion difficult is that we don’t know if what we are hearing is just the defense‘s story Or reality. For example JPM says she called Christine, but she didn’t answer the phone. We have heard nothing from the prosecution that says no phone call was ever made, but that doesn’t mean that’s not true. We just haven’t heard yet. But playing that out, if she did call Christine and she didn’t answer… Why? you think you would answer a phone call from your Au Pair since they’re with your young child. Was she already incapacitated, or busy in the shower? I think it’s normal for us to be asking ourselves these kind of questions. Pure human curiosity, and we also want to make sense of this terrible situation.

Given that the entire story is made up, I'd say it's safe to assume that most details asserted by AP's lawyer or TB on social media is false. TJPM was never really planning to go to zoo. They both came back to kill. It had been planned for months and they had practiced at the shooting range. Documented. JR was lured by a ruse per Commonwealth. No need to call CB in "alarm/concern" when they were planning to snuff out her life momentarily. Not sure how anyone is confused about that after Friday.

The terrible situation is that 2 people were killed in cold blood so BB could try to save some cash. And show how clever and in control he thought he was. The bs put out by AP's lawyer is just that. All you know is fake misdirection. Just like JR being shot standing over CB story, but he was kneeling elsewhere in room when executed.

A lot of the details about CB may not come out until 2025, Juliana's trial will be focused on her killing Joe, unless her charges are upgraded to include Christine.

Group 1 called out posts on this forum they believed were another group of BB family members that supposedly also posting on this forum.
Group 2 has been on and off this forum posting HORRIBLE things about CB and JNR, adamantly defending BB, total rage baiting and subject switching to throw the conversation. (This where the “tick tock” thing and referring to BB’s mother as “Big Mama” has come from. Posters who know BB knowing TB his mom is on here.)

*any sleuths out there want some initials of supposed BB family members that have been on here defending that monster?

If CB was conscious when JR was shot, then maybe there was, in fact, an arrangement to play out a scene that CB knew about. (of course she didn't know that BB was actually going to use the playtime to kill two people, and she didn't know that JM would be waiting at the door with another gun).

Page 6. A photo of a knife, a rope and a chain. Anyone else notice anything conspicuously absent from the photo? I doubt this is the murder weapon. the pictured knife looks very clean.
