A boy named Harper-- is it all girl now?

First thoughts, do you think girl or boy?

This would be for a boy so I'm wondering if it is all girl now.

I think girl immediately.

It's definitely a girl's name. Not even borderline IMO.

I know 2 young boys named Harper.

I think boy because I had a boy friend growing up named Harper. Still can't accept it as a girl's name.

I haven't met any kids yet with this name so it still sounds like a last name to me.

I would think girl for a first name, but more ambiguous as a middle name.

I know one of each.

Surprised to hear people say they know young boy Harpers, thought it was totally girl now.

While I think it is more common now as a girl's name, I still think of it as somewhat unisex like Jamie. Alex, Cary/Carey, Casey, Chris, etc.

Definitely girl.

Funny, I would never think anything other than a girls name.

It was #660 in the US for boys last year, though #16 for girls.
