What to make with my new food processor?

I got a food processor for my birthday! Other than pesto and hummus, what do you make in your food processor? Need ideas!

Coleslaw

pimento cheese spread. Bread crumbs. I save all the ends of bread in my fridge and whenever I assemble the ol' food processor I whiz up some bread crumbs first to make it all worth the hassle.

Muhammara: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Muhammara-10982. So, so good.

I also always make my smoothies in the food processor.

It makes parties and large gatherings a breeze. Thanksgiving, for example. I cook for 25+. All the chopping of onions and celery etc for stuffing, soups, sides...takes about 10 seconds instead of an hour.

Pastry dough and berry crisp topping.

Satay dip / peanut noodle sauce (I like Ina Garten's).

Lara bars, pie crust, baba ganoush, nut butters, salsa.

I take boneless meat, like chicken breast or thigh meat. Freeze it halfway, so its firm but not rock solid. Feed it through the slicer attachment. Makes nice thin sliced meat. This is the perfect meat for adding to stir fries and curries.

We've only made the first recipe, but that's because we love it. I'm considering rolling them into balls and dipping them in chocolate for kids snacks.

Nothing. It's too hard to clean.

+1 We bought one but have never used it because it looks hard to clean.
