| Moving to PG County this month. Recommendations for my 2yo? |
| Where in PG? |
| Will be in Upper Marlboro area. Can drive if it's worth it. |
| My daughter attended little smiling faces and I thought it was pretty good. |
| Check out Corkran Preschool & Kindergarten in Temple Hills. It'll be about 15 minutes from you going toward the city but in another direction. Its been around for 50+ years. The staff is loving and the kids are happy. Both kids have gone there. If you Google them, you'll see their reviews on Great Schools and their website will pop up, too. |

| Little Smiling Faces is the best pre-school you are going to find. Period. |

Can you tell me more about Rainbow in Bowie?
I recommend Greenbelt Nursery School. It is a co-op, but manageable even if you work (volunteer 4ish hours approx 2x a month). Full-time or part-time. I miss it. |
| I'm also interested in Rainbow Day Care and would love feedback |
We love Greenbelt Nursery School! It is a co-op but you can opt not to work in the classroom at all if it doesn't fit into your schedule. The tuition is just slightly higher. You can actually opt out of most of the co-op duties by paying a fee. It is play based and not an academically rigorous school though so if academics are important to you it might not be a great fit. |

| Not exactly close, but Cheverly Weekday Preschool is phenomenal. There's a part-time 2-year-old program and for the future, a 5-day 3s/4s class. |
+1. Our kids loved it there. |
The Cheverly Weekday Nursery is nice but the facilities/playground aren't fantastic. Greenbelt Nursery School is has a nicer classroom set up and playground. Cheverly Weekday is just a much smaller school (~30 children if you include the 2's and 3's class) vs Greenbelt which has around ~ 60. Both are play based schools although CWN seems more "academic" to me. I think that both schools would be worth considering though. |
