It is a co-op but you can opt not to work in the classroom at all if it doesn't fit into your schedule. The tuition is just slightly higher. You can actually opt out of most of the co-op duties by paying a fee. It is play based and not an academically rigorous school though so if academics are important to you it might not be a great fit.
