frosted mini wheats? don't know how healthy they are, but it's a good snack. DS likes oatmeal too.

Same here. Plus, it keeps the poops regular. Key to easier potty training.
Eats them without milk...snacking.

Ds (4) likes oatmeal cooked with almond milk. I usually add blueberries and maple syrup.

Dd(6) likes Kashi blueberry flakes, also with almond milk and blueberries.

We eat home-made muesli (basically oats with nuts & raisins).

DD wants to eat what we eat now, so that's what's she eats... we cut the nuts into smaller chunks for her.

o/t, but other quick faves are hard-boiled eggs and greek yogurt.

We keep the following in the pantry: Cheeries, Health Valley Oat Bran Flakes, Kix, Cascadian Farms Multigrain Squares, Cascadian Farms Fruitful O's, Fiber One Honey Squares, Barbara's Multigrain Puffins, Nature's Path Heritage Flakes around. One is Dad's preference, one is Mom's preference and the kids like a variety. All are pretty healthy and they like them all.
