DS is a big cereal eater. Looking for healthy options. Any suggestions appreciated

Same here. Plus, it keeps the poops regular. Key to easier potty training. Eats them without milk...snacking. |

Ds (4) likes oatmeal cooked with almond milk. I usually add blueberries and maple syrup.
Dd(6) likes Kashi blueberry flakes, also with almond milk and blueberries. |

We eat home-made muesli (basically oats with nuts & raisins).
DD wants to eat what we eat now, so that's what's she eats... we cut the nuts into smaller chunks for her. |

| We keep the following in the pantry: Cheeries, Health Valley Oat Bran Flakes, Kix, Cascadian Farms Multigrain Squares, Cascadian Farms Fruitful O's, Fiber One Honey Squares, Barbara's Multigrain Puffins, Nature's Path Heritage Flakes around. One is Dad's preference, one is Mom's preference and the kids like a variety. All are pretty healthy and they like them all. |
