Food you recent discovered and can't live without

I just discovered Herbamare (a sea salt/herbal blend) and now put it on everything. I can't imagine not using it on several of my staple meals. I'm now thinking that there are probably tons of other little gems like this out there. What are your favorites? (don't have to be spices, just something you use all the time that's not necessarily the norm).

Banh mi. DH has been trying to get me to like it for a while and in the last year it suddenly clicked how fabulous it is.

I thought this said, "Food that I recently divorced and can't live without." In that case, I would like to say chocolate. Dark chocolate. Maybe chocolate with peanut butter…

Recent discoveries include Coffee and Coconut Gelato.

I started eating quinoa two years ago and have stopped eating rice as a result. I don't know that I could go back to rice now.

I am also a huge fan of Armenian string cheese, which I discovered about a year ago and was CRUSHED when Giant stopped carrying for a minute.

I thought I hated olives my whole life, but I finally tried one (kalamata) and it was delicious! I snack on them all the time now. I tried mushrooms again in case I was mistaken, but apparently I still hate those.

Smoked paprika
Kim chi (it is addictive)
Noosa yogurt
A mixture of half and half and vanilla almond milk in my coffee

Farro - especially the Smitten Kitchen recipe where it's cooked in one pot with onions and tomatoes, but I also make it plain as a substitute for rice.

Almond milk

Brussels sprouts - hated them as a kid, now eat them all the time, roasted with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar

Dried seaweed!!! All the crunch and salty/savory flavor, but few of the calories.

Beets. And zucchini "noodles". Benefit is both are so healthy.

Unfortunately I also just discovered Nonni biscotti. Which is not.
